PTFE Non-Shrink Tubing

PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) non-shrink tubing, also known as Teflon tubing, is a semi-rigid tube manufactured by extruding and sintering PTFE resin. It is non-heat-shrinkable (shrink temperature ≥ 320°C), maintaining stable dimensions under normal operating conditions.

Temperature Range: -200°C to +260°C (continuous use)
Chemical Resistance: Resistant to almost all acids, alkalis, solvents, oxidizers (except fluorine, molten alkali metals)
Electrical Properties: High dielectric strength (≥55kV/mm), low dielectric constant (2.1), high volume resistivity (10¹⁸Ω·cm)
Low Friction: Lowest coefficient of friction among solids (≤0.04), non-stick, easy to clean
Mechanical: High strength, wear-resistant, creep-resistant, aging-resistant
Certifications: RoHS, REACH, FDA food contact compliant
Flammability: UL94 V-0 (self-extinguishing)
